Mr & Mrs Barrow wanted a few projects carried out in their recently built house.
The first was to turn a bedroom into an en-suite. In keeping with the rest of the property the style of the bathroom was very modern with clean lines and minimal fuss. Soft grey tiles with a tactile décor tile provided the perfect backdrop for a stylish matt anthracite unit and basin and an almost frameless shower enclosure. A streamlined wall hung toilet added to the modern concept with a full height chrome towel rail for practicality and style. The finishing touch was a stunning lit mirrored cabinet adding some additional storage.
The next project was to turn the garage into a utility room. After underlying preparation new units, sink, wine fridge and white goods were fitted.
A tiled splashback added to the completed look while the floor covering chosen was a range of luxury vinyl flooring by Karndean. Again it was kept simple and very modern, giving an extra living space from a previously un-used area.
Finally we were asked to redo the current master en-suite. This was a bathroom that had a bath and a shower but the owners wanted it to be a wet room. With the area being quite spacious we were able to supply and fit a stunning run of grey handle less units giving welcomed storage space. With a single piece of glass to separate the wet area it kept the whole room feeling open. Semi polished tiles were chosen to give reflection with the added benefit on the floor that they were also ant-slip. With two striking vertical bands of a dark contrast tile in the wet area it was kept simple whilst being extremely striking. This bathroom went to show that in some cases less is definitely more.
