Trelil – Mylor Bridge
This is currently one of the biggest and most extensive projects we have taken on. It began with demolishing an existing three bedroom bungalow on a lovely plot in Mylor. It was replaced with a breath taking, sophisticated five bedroom house. Throughout the process every step was carefully considered, from the colour of the drain pipes to the internal fixtures. The whole of the ground floor was tiled with very large format tiles accentuating the beautifully large spacious rooms and giving a bright airy feel to the property throughout.
The kitchen was installed to provide a contemporary spacious area with plenty of storage and appliances all built in, keeping it streamlined and very modern. Beautiful marble was chosen for the worktops and an unusual brushed metal linear mosaic in subtle tones of bronze and silver added real charm.
As with the kitchen the bathrooms were carefully considered with stunning feature walls all in large format also to enhance the size of them. All of the bathrooms were wetrooms, with the main bathroom also having a bath. The sanitary ware was all wall hung in keeping with the contemporary style of the whole build. They were styled to be timeless with a very modern twist.
An Air Source heating system was also installed to heat the radiators and underfloor heating.
As much care was taken with the outside of the property with a detached double garage, newly turfed lawn and landscaping to the sides of the property. The windows were all grey aluminium with a three-sided glass entrance porch. The attention to detail really shone through and the finished house was absolutely delightful.
