We were looking for a local company to provide a turnkey solution. Those were our two main considerations as being new to the area we wanted to invest in the local economy and have a single point of contact for all our works. These comprised the creation of a new en suite, conversion of an existing bathroom to a wet room and the addition of a new utility room.
We found this in Premier Tiles Bathrooms and Construction. From our first contact in the showroom with Jowan we felt we had found an organization we could trust. First contacts are very important in creating the right relationship. This was continued as we engaged the rest of the team that we were to be involved with, Justin, Lee-ann, Jowan and Josh. All were very professional and helpful. We only had ideas and solutions, not problems.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Tiles, Bathrooms and Construction as we were very pleased with their excellent work ethic, flexibility, capacity for tea and exceeding our expectations in all the areas that we had contracted with them for.
Mr & Mrs BarrowI was recommended to ask for quotations from Premier Construction, along with other companies, before I started renovations to my cottage in spring 2016. My architect/designer knew of their work and gave them high praise.
One of the main aspects which impressed me was the detailed quotations they provided right at the start of the work, every single one of which came in exactly on budget. I have undertaken several projects of this size in the past, and never, ever, been able to say that!
As with any large renovation project, we encountered various problems, all of which they talked through with me and resolved without any extra stress to me. They listened to my views, and I can honestly say we all worked together throughout the whole 5 months they were on site.
Every single one of the workmen who came to my house was polite, well qualified, and treated me, and my family and friends, with respect. They even made their own tea every day using the facilities I set up for them in my garage. Definitely a first!
To say I am delighted with the house now would be an understatement. Every room is a joy to be in, but the stars of the show have to be my gorgeous new kitchen, and two stunning new bathrooms.
I would recommend them to anyone considering building or renovation work. They do what they say they will, when they say they will, and at the price quoted. Their attention to detail is second to none, the finish is superb, and they listen to their customers.
AnonA little belatedly we wanted to put on record how delighted we are with the work your company did for us in providing us with our new bathroom.
From the moment we stepped into your showroom last September until the work was completed in February we were impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of everyone we dealt with. Your help in designing the layout and advising on choice of fittings was invaluable and the final product as delivered by Justin through Josh and his team is delightful.
Please pass on our thanks to them, nothing was too much trouble and the quality of their of workmanship is outstanding. We can’t wait until we ask you back to give us an equally amazing kitchen. If we can give any recommendation to any prospective customers in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.
With very king regards and huge appreciation.
Mr T & R BrightI would not hesitate to recommend Premier Tiles and Bathrooms.
The service received from initial planning through to design and installation was second to none and seamless. In particular, I’d Iike to thank Lee-ann, in the showroom and Josh ‘on the job’ for their patience, understanding, attention to detail and for keeping me in the picture about what was required and being done along the way. I am delighted with the end product.
Dr TorrA fantastic company to work with. They have a great range of products and a fab showroom.
They were really helpful in recommending an excellent tiler to us at the start of our large commercial refurbishment project who turned out to be a great tiler! They were really helpful with loaning us tile samples and assisting with reordering product when we needed more of the same.
Lee- Ann who works at Premier Tiles is very knowledgeable and helpful, assisting us with finding the right products at competitive prices. When we ordered tiles they arrived on time and when we needed to postpone a delivery of tiles they were very accommodating until we needed the tiles.
A great company and the best part they are right on our doorstep just outside Falmouth.
David and TamaraI just wanted to thank you and your team for a superb job at 39 Lower Stables. The standard of the tiling and workmanship is excellent and we are also extremely pleased with the quality of all the fixtures and fittings.
It was great to know that you had the skills and resources to handle any general building, plumbing or electrical issues with the minimum of fuss and delay. We always felt entirely safe and comfortable with the professionalism and trustworthiness of your handling of the project which was great for us as we were not local and able to monitor the work.
Whether it is for the bathroom, shower room, kitchen or flooring, we would be more than happy to recommend your services as we are delighted with the results of all the work.
Andy OmastaOur experience with Premier Tiles & Bathrooms was brilliant in every respect.
